Homeroom Captain Program

Reach out to your teacher to get to know him or her, what he/she expects from you, and how they’d like to meet/connect throughout the year.

As homeroom captain, it’s your job to communicate with parents in the class about a variety of things class- and PTO-related.

Help to coordinate party donations (snacks, drinks, games, crafts, decor, etc.) depending on communication with the teacher.

Classes may have special projects, field trips, and special events that may require help from the homeroom captain.

Stay in touch with the PTO and attend meetings when possible to share information and needs from your classroom.
