On the week of May 6th-10th, help us show our amazing BES teachers and staff how thankful we are for everything they do. Sign-up below to donate items towards these efforts.

Tuesday: AS IF this Place Could Function Without You (WaterTok hydration station)

Wednesday: Oh, Snap! It's No Doubt You Are All That and a Bag of Chips (sweet and salty snacks)

Thursday: Enjoy Gnarly VIP Room Services Snacks (drink and snack delivered to classroom)

Friday: It's a Totally Righteous Pizza Party (pizza lunch)
Movie Night
Join us on May 17th for one last outdoor movie night before the end of the 2023-2024 School year!

This is a free event. Bring your own chairs and blankets. Bring your own snacks or purchase fresh popcorn, chips, candy and drinks from the PTO concession stand. Most items are priced at $1!!

Lip Sync and Variety Show 2024
Our 27th Annual Lip Sync and Variety show was amazing! We had student performers from 1st Grade and up who did an amazing job. 5th Graders were ushers and they made everything go smoothly. What an awesome student event!

Fall Outdoor Movie Night
On Friday September 22nd we hosted a PTO-sponsored family movie night! Ms. Estel, our librarian, read the book before we watched Cloudy with a Chance of Meatballs!
​
Everyone brought chairs & blankets and we shared some treats including popcorn, drinks & candy from the PTO concession stand.
​
We had some audio challenges that we overcame using teamwork! We are thankful for all the wonderful families that attended and all the support from volunteers. THANK YOU!

Back to School Bash
On Thursday August 24th the PTO hosted a Back to School Bash to celebrate the start of the 2023-2024 School year!
​
We had free balloon animals from Full of Air, a free Italian Ice treat from Sunset Slush for every BES student, Face painting by wonderful local volunteers, games, a delicious food truck (Brazilian Munchies) and more!

PTO Membership Drive
The PTO thanks all members and supporters and BES families! Our membership drive ended on October 31st and the class from each grade with most memberships earned a $50 classroom prize. Winners were announced at the November PTO meeting:
Kindergarten: Wetzler
1st Grade: Lorenzo
2nd Grade: Gingher
3rd Grade: Holtz
4th Grade: Whitman
5th Grade: Geyer

The overall winning classroom also enjoyed an ice cream party: Congratulations Ms. Gingher class!!

Day of Caring Food Drive
Bellefonte Elementary School, you ROCK!!! We had so many donations brought in for our Day of Caring food drive during the week of October 2-6 (only a fraction of those are pictured above). THANK YOU!!!!! What an awesome way to give back to our community. All donations were delivered to the Faith Centre food bank by our wonderful volunteers :)
Krispy Kreme Fundraiser
The PTO's fall fundraiser was Krispy Kreme donuts and coffee. On Monday October 9th many many donut boxes were collected and distributed by families. Way to go BES :)

After counting totals, Mrs. Geyer's 5th graders sold the most donut boxes and earned a donut party!
